I have been trying to purchase shares on your website for over a week. The system refused to accept VI identification,so, I used stateside identification.
It was accepted, then my selfie was denied. I tried this for ever a week. Yesterday, I tried again by using my U.S. passport.

I even sent my picture separately through the contact form and never received a response. I am receiving calls from scam likely then it leaves a voicemail from stsrtengine but you cannot return call the number.

- - Invested about $5,000 in startups via StartEngine.
- - Investments later showed as canceled or in escrow with no returns or shares.
In short, I got taken because I believed this was legitimate because "Mr. Wonderful" was involved.
Over time, I invested about $5,000.00 in a few "start ups" none of which ever actually got started. At first Start Engine could be reached by phone and money I'd put in to early investment was returned after problems occurred. I actually got a call or two from Kevin O'Leary and thought I'd gotten his "help
' on those calls. That resulted in my being trusting and making more investments which now are reported as "canceled" or "funds in escrow" or "completed" but with no clarity as to what that meant or on why I'd received no funds back, no shares, and no further responses from anyone at StartEngine and now with no way to reach them by phone.
Now, more than 3 years of ignored emails. Would have been more diligent on this but unable due to health issues that now, following retirement.

This company is reaping huge commissions and fees on the backs of hard-working, honest Americans trying to grow their savings. Mr.
Wonderful pitches a fantastic sales talk to get you in, only to find out later it was all a scam. They took $2,000 from me four years ago, and I have been told I may never see it again. The only winners are the startups, Mr.
Wonderful, and StartEngine. The everyday average American is left with nothing.
